Our studio now requires all clients have a credit card on file to secure appointments. ALL existing customers with upcoming appointments must fill out this form 96 hours prior to your appointment date. If you fail to submit this form your appointment will be forfeited. Recognizing that everyone's time is valuable and appointments are limited, we ask that you provide a 72 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled once per holding fee and your new appointment must be made at the time of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 72 hour notice can result in loss of holding fee and 50% charge of remaining balance.Failure to notify your artist (no call, no show) will result in loss of holding fee and a charge of 95% of the remaining balance. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to service you and a new holding fee will be due. If your artist has time to take you, you may be subject to a $25 late fee.
